Fresh Garlic

We offer large (up to 1/4 lb. per head) uniform bulbs of Saskatchewan grown fresh garlic. Each bulb is grown in nutrient rich soil and is meticulously weeded for optimum growth. We pride ourselves on NOT using any chemicals for weed control. Our fresh garlic is easy to peel and because the flavour is so strong, you only need a small amount compared to store bought. To ensure its quality, store your garlic in a dry cool spot (not in a refrigerator). We recommend storing fresh garlic in a mesh bag or garlic keeper. Under these conditions it should last for three to five months although our customers have told us that it has kept for a full year without losing flavour.
